2. Shipping & Delivery

• Frozen Goods: Our products are shipped frozen in specialized packaging to maintain their quality.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for retrieving the package promptly upon delivery. The Soup Guru is not liable for products that defrost or spoil due to being left unattended after the carrier marks them as "Delivered".
• Accuracy: We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

3. Food Safety, Allergies & Liability

• Allergen Warning: While we maintain a 100% Kosher-certified kitchen, our facility may process items containing nuts, soy, wheat, or dairy.
• Consumption: It is the customer's responsibility to review the full ingredient list provided before consumption.
